Verna is based in Turku, Finland. All rentals are primarily for pick-up and return at my home studio in Luolavuori. However, on special requests, I can sometimes arrange delivery within the Turku area or shipment for smaller orders for an additional fee. Get in touch for a quote!
A typical rental period for a weekend is Thursday-Monday, meaning you can pick up your pieces on Thursday and bring them back Monday.
No, at the moment Verna does not offer a complete dinner service rental. Verna specialises in unique pieces of vintage decor, everything you need to add the final touch to your standard catering service or DIY party. Silver trays, bud vases, pearl garlands and candle sticks in all shapes and sizes… That said, the collection is ever growing, so don’t hesitate to get in touch if you can’t find what you are looking for!
No! One of the best parts of renting from Verna is that professional cleaning is always included. For all glas and porcelain pieces I kindly ask you to rinse them off before bringing them back, while I will take care of more stubborn stains. As for all metal pieces, I ask you to lightly brush them off with a damp soft cloth, while not using any chemicals. I will make sure the pieces are treated and cleaned properly to be ready for whomever is next in line.
Accidents happen! Because the collection consists of unique vintage pieces, I do charge a replacement fee for broken or missing items. This cost is usually deducted from your security deposit. I’ll provide a price list for replacement values upon booking so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes, I require a refundable security deposit of 50€ for all rentals to cover potential damages or loss. Once the security deposit is payed, your booking is confirmed. This despot is fully refunded once the items are returned and checked.
